Interface Club is joining Variant

Buoy and Iris will sunset on November 15, 2026.

In 2023, we started Interface Club with a simple idea: what if computers felt more like collaborators than tools? We imagined an operating system that could truly understand you and help you create your best work. That idea became Iris, and then Buoy.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Interface Club has been acquired by Variant. We’ll keep working on that same idea there, with a new focus on creative work rather than productivity.

As part of this transition, we will be sunsetting Iris and Buoy on November 15, 2026. Our servers will be turned off that day, and your account will become inaccessible. If you’re a paying user, your subscription will be cancelled automatically and your most recent payment will be refunded in full. You don’t need to do anything.

We put a lot of love into our work, and we’re grateful we had the chance to share it with you. Thank you to all our customers, investors, and friends who believed in us.
